Dasher the Miracle Dog

Dasher was in to visit us about a year ago. At the time he was 13 and he truly looked like he was ready to die. He was limping, although we could not see anything abnormal on x-ray. We certainly didn't expect that he would live much longer. We were truly amazed when Dasher came in for a dental on June 29th. We were amazed! First, he was alive! Second, although he moved quite slow, he seemed to have very good quality of life. Third, he had all of his teeth in his mouth and they were spectacular! We don't know if long-term adopter Bob Strohm did anything particularly special as far as his dental routine, we do know he was not on any meds, but Dasher's teeth were just exceptional, especially for a super senior greyhound!
