February is NGAP Volunteer Month...Open your Heart to Volunteering!!!
Vet tech students from Manor College will be hosting basic pet first aid seminars every half hour. The cost is $5.00 per person. Nail clipping will be available for $10.00 and dog bathing will be available for $15.00. We are offering a special price of $25.00 if you take advantage of all three services!
Girl Scouts will have cookies for sale.
David Wolf will be giving an orientation from 11am-12pm to all of those interested in volunteering for our Boarding Office Receptionist position. Lunch will be provided to those in attendance.
Volunteers will be needed throughout the day to help out with the following projects:
- Sorting Nylabones for the upcoming Super Pet Expo
- Preparing medical supplies for our clinic
- Labeling promotional material for future events
All of these projects will be done in the back hall of the kennel. Any amount of time you can devote to these tasks would be greytly appreciated!
As always, our store will be open with a new selection of beds and crate liners and light refreshments will be on hand.
We also have small-medium dog breed sizes of doggie apparel (collars, coats, boots, shirts etc.) at bargain prices.

2010 Picnic Raffle
Although our new greyhound kennel is finished and full of happy greyhounds, we still have much to do before our state-of-the-art surgical facility is completed and open for business. All monies from this raffle will go directly towards the completion of that project!
